Ingredients

- 1 litre water
- 1kg Basmathi rice
- 300g chicken
- 1 ½ tbsp ginger and garlic, blended
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 30g Arun Briyani Spice
- 20g Arun Meat Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 1 plum pulp
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Oil and ghee
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with Arun Turmeric Powder, Arun Meat Curry Powder and yogurt for 30 minutes.
- Saute clove, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, tomato, onion and ginger garlic paste with oil.
- Add in marinated chicken and Arun Briyani Spice together with Arun Meat Curry Powder. Stir for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked.
- Put soaked rice and cooked chicken into rice cooker. Add 1L of water.
- Once the ingredients in the rice cooker starts to boil, add in rose water and plum pulp. Once cooked, scoop chicken briyani onto a plate, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve warm.
