Ingredients

- 1kg chicken fillet, skinned and deboned
- 2 or 3 tbsp chicken curry spices
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
- 1 tsp garam masala
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken fillet for at least 30 minutes.
Sauteed Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 15 pcs curry leaves
- ½ tsp white cumin seeds
- 1 tsp chilli powder – according to taste
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan.
- Add sliced onion, fry until golden then add in the ginger and garlic paste.
- Immediately add in the marinated chicken fillet into the sauteed ingredients. Mix the chicken fillet with the garam masala. Turn down the heat to avoid the spices from burning, and allow the moisture to seep from the chicken fillet. Cover with a lid.
- When your chicken fillet is almost cooked, open the lid and cook for another 10 minutes until it dries.
