Ingredients

- 1 tbsp mixed spices
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 30g Arun Rasam Mix
- 2 stalks curry leaves
- 2 dried chillies
- Tamarind water, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a pan and saute mixed spices, curry leaves and dried chillies.
- Then, crush garlic, onion and tomato together with tamarind water, Arun Rasam Mix and water.
- Cook all ingredients until boiled, for 5 minutes.
- Add coriander and curry leaves.
- Serve warm.
