Turmeric Fried Chicken

- 350g chicken breast
- 4 stalks long beans, cut into 2 inches
- 1 carrot, grated into 2 inches
- ½ tbsp Arun Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tbsp chicken curry powder
- ¼ tbsp rice flour
- ½ tbsp corn flour
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp hot pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into small chunks/ Mix with turmeric powder, chicken curry powder, rice flour, corn flour and a pinch of salt. Marinade for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken breasts chunks over medium-high heat. Stir the chicken to cook it evenly. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until chicken chunks is slightly hardened.
- Add in the red onion and garlic. Continue stirring.
- Add in the oyster sauce. Stir well.
- When chicken starts to brown, add in red chilli, onion, carrot, long beans. Stir well for 1 minute.
- Add in ½ tsp salt and sugar to taste. Stir for 1 minute, it is now ready to serve.
